Alex PHAM will host a free webinar organised by the Luxembourg Digital Federation (Fédération Luxembourgeoise du Digital or eCom) on “The new rules for intracommunity VAT” (Les nouvelles règles en matière de TVA intracommunautaire).

E-commerce can greatly facilitate your business activities beyond the Grand Duchy and allow you to conquer new markets. However, sales in the other Member States involves the correct application of intracommunity VAT regulations.

Yet, these rules will change on 1 July, which will often result in the adaptation of the billing systems of e-stores selling more than EUR 10 000 per year outside of Luxembourg!

This will allow you to have an overview of the new rules on intracommunity VAT. A short question and answer session will be held at the end of the webinar.
