  • Partner at DSM Avocats à la Cour, Renaud LE SQUEREN has over 20 years of experience in data protection. Since 2014, he has headed the firm’s  Digital department and supports his clients in their digital transition (RGPD, platforms, e-commerce, APIs, Apps…). In parallel, Renaud is involved locally through his participation as director of several associations such as eCom and the APDL. He is regularly invited as a speaker at conferences and hosts seminars for private organisations.
  • Senior Associate at DSM Avocats à la Cour, Héloïse CUCHE specialises in new technologies (IT) and in data protection law. She participated in the creation of “The professional in personal data protection” training developed by the CNPD and the CSL. Since then, she gives courses on the data protection legal framework in French and English, speaks on other modules of the training and hosts training sessions on the GDPR for the Académie de l’immobilier as well as the House of Training.
