Marie-Paule GILLEN, Partner – Avocat à la Cour, will participate in the UIA’s 68th Congress which will take place in Paris from 30 October to 3 November 2024. She will speak during the session dedicated to crimes of violence and exploitation, exploring the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the fight against crime. Her speech will be on the new technologies used by financial institutions and law enforcement to reinforce the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT), while addressing the crucial role of AI in this development.
