He will present and explain the differences between different types of electronic signatures from a practical perspective as well as that of their respective legal effects.
  • 10:10 a.m. The main problems encountered in practice with electronic signatures, by Eric CAPRIOLI – Doctor of Law, Caprioli & Associés, Paris. As an author of numerous publications on the subject, he will give us the benefit of his practical experience in providing legal counsel as well as litigating issues associated with electronic signatures.
