We are delighted to announce the strengthening of our team with the arrival of 2 new people:

  • Ms. Jeanne-Marie DANTOING as Associate – Avocat in the Commercial and Business Law as well as the Corporate / Mergers and Acquisitions departments. Prior to joining DSM Avocats à la Cour, Jeanne-Marie worked as M&A Associate in Luxembourg law firm as well as Corporate Officer for an independent service provider. She holds a Master 2 in international business law from the University of  Paris Panthéon-Assas and a double undergraduate degree in French and German law from the French-German Legal Center. Jeanne-Marie speaks French, German and English.
  • Ms. Agnès DUCLOUX as Associate – Avocat in the Dispute Resolution department. Prior to joining the firm, Agnès worked as a jurist in a Luxembourg law firm and for a fiduciary as Senior Relationship Manager Legal & Corporate. She holds a Master 2 in business law from the University of Franche-Comté, a Master’s in banking and wealth management from the Burgundy School of Business and a Master’s in management from the Universitas Gadjah Mada. She speaks French and English.
