Me Glodt spent twenty-five years in the public sector of which nearly twenty were spent as a government commissioner. He has extensive knowledge of Luxembourg institutions and of the public sector case law in various ministries. He was responsible for the establishment of the Luxembourg Maritime Administration. He was the government delegate at several international conferences. He also served as vice-president of the Luxembourg national railway company and as a board member of the European Maritime Safety Agency. In 2008, prior to joining DSM in 2014, he created his own law firm.
