Quentin, Counsel – Avocat à la Cour, joined our firm in 2018 and practices in our Real Estate and Construction, Commercial and Business Law, Administrative and Public Law, and Dispute Resolution departments.
Quentin primarily advises construction industry stakeholders (developers, entrepreneurs, insurers, landlords, investors) and public entities. He regularly handles real estate disputes, as well as large-scale real estate transactions. Quentin recently authored a series of articles published in Paperjam, covering key aspects of residential leases, such as inventory check-in/check-out processes, the “wear and tear” rule, handling security deposits, and managing disagreements between landlords and tenants. He also co-authored the Chambers and Partners Real Estate 2025 overview for Luxembourg, addressing topics such as residential lease reforms and significant legislative developments. Quentin’s expertise has been recognized by Legal500, distinguishing him as a “Recommended Lawyer” in real estate law since 2024.
