Partner at DSM Avocats à la Cour, Renaud LE SQUEREN has over 20 years of experience in the digital sector. Since 2014, he has directed DSM Avocats à la Cour’s Digital department and supports businesses in the digital transition, including with respect to GDPR conformity and related issues, platforms, e-commerce, API, applications. Renaud speaks regularly at conferences for universities and professional training organisations (Abilways, Meetincs, Académie de l’immobilier, etc.) and regularly publishes articles. He is a member of several associations, including Ecom, APDL and IBLC.
- Solène BOURDEAU
A jurist in DSM Avocats à la Cour’s Digital department, Solène BOURDEAU holds a Master II in E-commerce and Digital Economy Law (2021) and a Master I in Digital Law – Private Law (2020), both of which were obtained from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She also obtained a double diploma in law and economy from the same university (2019).
