During this conference which is part of a series of 3 real estate law webinars, Mario DI STEFANO and Vanessa LOMORO will update you on purchases in the context of off-plan sales or VEFA (Vente en l’Etat Futur d’Achèvement). They will discuss the important phases of a VEFA purchase, its advantages and disadvantages, the traps to avoid, the costs associated with this type of transaction, the guarantees and timelines in taking advantage of it, what to do in case of late delivery and how to react when faced with poor workmanship. Moreover, they will discuss harm suffered by purchasers and their indemnification.

The webinar will last for 45 minutes and there will be an interactive question and answer session at the end of the webinar.
